Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused markers in their original packaging, ensuring the tips are protected, and include a printout of your RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team verifies that the products are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
